Day 15: Best Outer Senshi Attack

Chibiusa is TECHNICALLY an Outer Senshi so I am going to go ahead and say that when she commands the Sailor Quartet the “Freezing Kiss” is probably my favorite. I wish it was used more and that they went further into developing the story with Chibiusa and her scouts.
